PipeFixMalaysia connects households and small businesses in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor with vetted plumbers. We are a small, new team based in Puchong. We started PipeFix because getting a straight price from a plumber was harder than it should be.
How we vet plumbers
- Identity check (IC), and business registration (SSM) if they have one.
- Photos and references from past jobs.
- Trial jobs reviewed by our team and customers.
- Pros with repeated complaints are removed.
We do not claim every plumber holds a SPAN permit. Where a job legally needs one, such as work on the water supply connection, we assign a permit holder.

Quote before work
Your written quote lists labour, parts and any surcharge. Nothing is added unless you approve it in writing first.
30-day warranty
If the same problem comes back within 30 days, the pro returns to fix it free.
Photos & report
Before-and-after photos and a short report, useful for landlords, tenants and insurance.
