Questions people ask us

Why does my roof only leak during heavy rain?

Heavy, wind-driven rain pushes water under slipped tiles, worn ridge mortar or gaps in flashing that stay dry in light rain. That is why an inspection on a dry day still finds the cause.

Can you repair the ceiling too?

Yes. Fix the roof first, let the ceiling dry, then replace or repaint the stained plaster board. We can quote both together.

Who fixes the roof in a condo or townhouse?

In strata buildings the roof is usually common property, so the management handles it. We can inspect and give you a report to bring to them.

Do you work on any roof?

We repair roofs that can be reached safely: single and double-storey terrace roofs, flat roofs, gutters and flashing, in dry weather with a secured ladder or harness. Steep or high roofs go to a CIDB-registered roofing contractor we work with, quoted separately. Changes to the roof structure need council approval.
