Warranty and quote promise

Our quote promise

• You get the price in writing on WhatsApp before any work starts.
• Your quote lists labour, parts and any after-hours charge. The price for the work described in it does not go up after work starts.
• If the site is clearly different from your photos, we re-quote before starting and you can say no.
• If the plumber finds something else that needs fixing, we stop, explain it with photos, and only carry on after you agree to the new price in writing.
• You pay after the job is done and you have checked it.

What the 30-day warranty covers

• The same fault, in the same place, that we repaired.
• One return visit for that fault, with no labour charge.
• Parts we supplied that fail from a defect.

What it does not cover

• New damage, or a different fault elsewhere in the plumbing.
• Parts you bought yourself: their warranty is with the shop or brand.
• Blockages caused by items flushed or poured down after the repair.
• On roofs, new leak points away from the spot we repaired.
• Leak detection where you chose not to go ahead with the repair.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or work done by someone else after us.

How to claim

1. WhatsApp us within 30 days of the job, with a photo or video of the problem.
2. Tell us the job date and address.
3. We arrange a return visit at a time that suits you.

This warranty is given by Perfect Plumbing & Roofing. It is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. The 30 days start on the completion date on your WhatsApp receipt.
