Terms of service
These terms apply when you book a job through Perfect Plumbing & Roofing.
Who does the work
We price and arrange the job. The work is done by a plumber we assign, and we stand behind it under our warranty.
Quotes
- Photo quotes on WhatsApp are free.
- A quote lists labour, parts and any after-hours charge, and is valid for 7 days.
- If an on-site inspection is needed, any inspection fee is told to you in writing before the visit and deducted if you go ahead with the repair.
- Nothing is added to a quote unless you approve it in writing before the work is done.
Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge before the plumber sets off. If you cancel after that, only a call-out fee stated in your quote applies.
Payment
You pay after the job is done and you have checked it, by DuitNow or bank transfer to Perfect Plumbing & Roofing. We send a receipt on WhatsApp.
Problems and disputes
WhatsApp us first and we will try to sort it out. You can also take a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
