Why we started PipeFix
Most of us have been there. Water on the bathroom floor, three plumbers who don't pick up, and one who comes, opens the ceiling, and then names a price.
So we keep it simple. You send a photo, we tell you the price first, and we only work with plumbers we've met and checked ourselves. If something we fixed goes wrong again within 30 days, we come back.

How much does a plumber cost in Malaysia?
Most small plumbing jobs in the Klang Valley cost RM120–350 in labour. Unblocking a toilet is usually RM120–250, fixing an exposed leaking pipe RM100–350, and finding a concealed leak RM250–800. You get a fixed quote before work starts.
How fast can a plumber come?
For urgent jobs such as burst pipes or no water, we try to send a plumber the same day in Puchong, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Cyberjaya, depending on plumber availability. Elsewhere it is usually the next day. Non-urgent jobs are booked within 1–3 days, and we confirm the time before you book.
Do I pay before or after the job?
After. You approve the quote first, the plumber completes the job, you check it, then you pay.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
If the same problem returns within 30 days of the repair, the plumber comes back and fixes it at no labour cost. It does not cover new damage or parts you supplied yourself.
Which areas do you cover?
Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras, Klang, Kajang, Ampang, Kepong, Damansara, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.
Can I speak Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese with the plumber?
Yes. Tell us your preferred language on WhatsApp and we match a pro who speaks it.
Will the price go up after the plumber starts?
No. Your quote lists the labour, parts and any after-hours charge. Nothing is added unless you approve it in writing before the work is done. If the site is clearly different from your photos, we re-quote before starting and you can say no.
