- Close the main valve beside your water meter. Landed house with a roof tank: also close the tank outlet valve, or the tank keeps feeding the leak.
- If water is near sockets or the DB box, switch off the main switch at the DB only if you are standing on a dry floor. Never touch wet sockets or plugs. If the DB box itself is wet, keep clear and call TNB on 15454.
- Send a video on WhatsApp so the plumber brings the right parts.
We reply daily 8am–8pm and urgent leaks go first. After 8pm we help only when a plumber is available, and you are told the total, including the after-hours surcharge, before anyone sets off.
