This notice explains how Perfect Plumbing & Roofing handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, area or address, a description and photos of the problem, and messages you send us on WhatsApp.
Why
To match you with a plumber, arrange the job, handle warranty claims and improve our service.
Who we share it with
The plumber assigned to your job; WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our messages; and Google and Meta for website analytics, only if you accept cookies. Some of these providers store data outside Malaysia. We do not sell your data.
Do you have to give it?
Your name, phone number and address are needed to book a job. Without them we cannot send a plumber.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your data, get a copy in a portable format, or stop marketing messages, by emailing hello@pipefixmalaysia.com. We reply within 21 days.
If something goes wrong
If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will tell you and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as the law requires.
