Questions people ask us
Does a water heater need an electrician as well?
If there is no existing heater point, an electrician registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga must run a dedicated circuit with an ELCB. We can arrange one for you, quoted separately.
Instant or storage heater?
Instant heaters suit a single shower. A storage heater suits a bathtub or several bathrooms used at the same time.
Why does my heater trip?
Common causes are a burnt element, water inside the unit, or a weak earth. Switch it off at the breaker and do not reset it repeatedly.
